A licensed betting operator wanted to add prediction markets to its existing product without turning itself into a crypto exchange or a licensed derivatives venue. We built an integration layer that mirrors live markets from major external venues through an aggregator, prices them as the house, and serves them into the operator’s front-end — with the risk engine, not the UI, as the core of the product. Because the same engine can settle a bet three different ways — as a synthetic-counterparty book, as an on-chain non-custodial payout, or as a virtual-money tournament — the operator could match the model to its licence and its market instead of committing to one architecture up front.

An operator wanted to reach users in markets where the app store is not the front door and Telegram is — so instead of shipping another standalone app, we built the prediction market as a Telegram Mini App. Users open it inside a chat, sign in with their Telegram identity, get an embedded wallet with no seed phrase, and place bets on live markets in a few taps. The prediction engine itself is conventional — markets mirrored from external venues, priced and settled server-side — but the interface and the distribution are the product: zero install, in-chat sharing, and messenger-native payments turn a chat community into a betting audience.

The client is a Singapore-based fintech super-app that added a built-in crypto wallet so its users can buy, hold, earn on, and send stablecoins and major assets — and move money across borders — without ever leaving the app or touching a seed phrase. Our team built the MPC key-management core, the multi-chain wallet orchestration layer, the cross-border payment rails, and the recovery, gas-economics, and compliance tooling that lets a lean operations team run custody safely under Singapore’s MAS regime.
